      Let's create an adorable tribute for the special fur/feathered/scaled friend in your life. 

      What you will receive:

      • An art print, printed on archival grade 210gsm matte photo rag paper using smudge & fade resistant inks. You can choose either A4 or A3 size. This will be posted to the postal address you provide at checkout (frame not included)

        • A high resolution digital artwork file for you to use and print as many times as your heart desires. This will be emailed to the email address you provide at checkout

        What i'll need from you to start creating:

        • Good quality photos of the pet(s). If you want their faces front or side on, please provide photos of these angles. Phone photos are acceptable as long as they aren't blurry
        • Any special details you would like included in the portrait. These can be things such as names, collars/pet tags, floral/botanical elements, hearts/starbursts and any colours you would like featured
        • Approval of sketch before the final artwork is made to ensure you are happy with everything

        Processing times:

        • I will need two weeks to create your artwork once all of the above details have been confirmed. This processing time does not include shipping times with Australia Post. 

        Once you have made your order, please email the above information to: samira@belairbaby.com.au quoting your order number.

        All clothing is printed to order at Bel Air Baby HQ in NSW, Australia. Processing time is 2-3 weeks. This does not include postage time, and please note that the Express Postage option does not guarantee a faster processing time. 

        Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number which you will be able to track via Australia Post. 

        Current processing times for all custom pet portraits are 2 weeks from approval of the sketch. Once the artwork has been finalized, you will recieve your files via your nominated email address and your art print will be sent to your postal address via Australia Post with tracking number included.
